Dignita is your go-to café in Amsterdam. With three stunning locations, you can enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch in the heart of Amsterdam Zuid, nestled amongst the oasis of the Hoftuin, right in the centre of Amsterdam, or at their newest location near Westerpark. And I have to say, Dignita Hoftuin is my fave! 🙂

They focused on serving you the freshest food with every attention paid to detail; their philosophy is to hand craft every menu item from scratch using free range and locally sourced ingredients where possible.

To do so, they work with reliable suppliers, who do not compromise on quality and align to their values, such as the Lindenhoff, Bakkerij MAMA, Browerij De Prael and RumBaba. Their main wholesaler is De Kweker, a company that aims at operating in a socially responsible and sustainable way and offers many local and organic products. Love that!
