The talented and sweet owners Stefan and Merel have a mission. They want to make healthy food easily accessible and delicious. They do this by creating innovative recipes using plant-based whole foods in their open kitchen. Sharing their passion for food to inspire the Amsterdam community to make conscious decisions is their motto. And I think they succeeded. I’m a big fan of the concept and not only because it is right on the corner of my street in Amsterdam West. 🙂

They truly believe eating whole foods plant-based without refined sugars and oils is what’s best for our bodies and the planet. This is represented in their kitchen too. With its minimalistic design and urban vibes the OG store feels full of energy. Love it!
